Borderlands 4 Skill Points are what let your Vault Hunter actually come online, because every point pushes you deeper into your action skill, augments, passives, and stronger build-defining perks. You can find this by going to the game main menu, to the “Social” section, and in the window that appears, select the third tab from the left with the big “S” for “Account Details” section.
